Sync your Calendar and Contacts on iOS

Introduction

You can synchronize your email, calendar and contacts real-time to your OneOffice account.

All changes you make on your phone will also replicate real-time.

You can only sync with a secure server. If you are using a local server in your organization please make sure it has a secure connection or the steps below will fail.

Email

Calendar

Open the Settings application
Select Calendar
Select Accounts
Select Add Account
Select Other as account type
Select Add CalDAV Account
For server, type your server e.g. app.OneOffice.ca
Enter your user name and password, and set Description as OneOffice
Select Next

Your calendar will now be visible in the Calendar application of your iPhone or iPad

Contacts

Open the Settings application
Select Contacts
Select Accounts
Select Add Account
Select Other as account type
Select Add CardDAV Account
For server, type your server e.g. app.OneOffice.ca
Enter your user name and password, and set Description as OneOffice
Select Next

You should now find your contacts in the Addressbook application of your iPhone or iPad
