Getting Started

This documentation is aimed at users (including administrators). We made every effort to design it so you can find what you need quickly. Please use the left sidebar to navigate.

System administrators who are managing local installs should use our support platform to open tickets if they need help, or contact their technical support person directly.

URL

We use in this documention the default URL of our cloud-based instances is https://app.OneOffice.ca

If your instance has a different URL, please replace it when typing in your browser.

Note that we force https in cloud-based instances to ensure your connection is secure.
